How long is the warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty on service and repair.

What is the coverage of the warranty?

All products are covered by Zebra’s Lifetime Service and Repair Warranty promise.

 

Diagnosing product’s issues and repair of the product will always be FREE of charge. However, if part/s replacement is required, the cost of the part/s for replacement shall be charged.

 

Note: Tampering of product/s voids the Lifetime Service and Repair Warranty.

What if I’m not in Manila?

You may ship the unit/s to our service center in Manila, the shipping fees will be shouldered by the customer. Repair is covered by the warranty unless there are parts that will need replacement. Please advise if you would like to proceed with this option.
